Petroleum Commission Registration (2023)
Pegasus Aviation Limited is now registered with the Petroleum Commission, enabling us to offer specialized aviation services to the oil and gas sector. This registration strengthens our position as a trusted aviation partner in the energy industry.
Heliconia Ghana (2022)
We facilitated the setup of Heliconia Ghana, a helicopter operator providing offshore transport services for oil and gas rigs. This service plays a critical role in supporting Ghana’s oil and gas industry.
Ministry of Aviation Board (2017 – 2021)
A member of the Ministry of Aviation Board, Pegasus Aviation contributed to policy-making and the strategic development of Ghana’s aviation sector, ensuring the growth and safety of air transport services in the country.
Kwahu Airport (2019)
Pegasus Aviation managed the licensing and permit requirements for Kwahu Airport, along with overseeing the airport and runway design. This project aims to support tourism and economic development in the Kwahu region.
Axim Airport (2016 – 2018)
We conducted a feasibility study for Phoenix Aviation regarding the licensing and construction of Axim Airport. This project focused on boosting regional accessibility and supporting economic activities in Western Ghana.
Air Mon Tran: 2014 – 2016
Pegasus Aviation was responsible for the license application project to acquire an Air Carrier License for Air Mon Tran, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for passenger and cargo operations.
Tulwe Airport & Smart City (2015)
We managed the licensing process for Tulwe Airport & Smart City, a visionary project aimed at integrating modern infrastructure with aviation services to boost economic growth in the region.
City Hopper Airline in Liberia: 2014
Our team conducted a feasibility study for City Hopper Airline in Liberia, assessing the potential for launching a regional commuter airline to improve air travel within Liberia and neighboring countries.
540 Ghana: 2010 – 2014
Pegasus Aviation was key in setting up and operating 540 Ghana, a commercial airline providing domestic and regional flights across Ghana and Sierra Leone. The airline significantly enhanced regional air connectivity during its operation.
Ghana International Airline: 2004 – 2006
We led the structural setup and framework for Ghana International Airlines, a national carrier that aimed to position Ghana as a regional aviation hub.
